Full Cycle Recruiting

I partner with companies that are looking for expertise in talent acquisition to grow and scale their organization. Providing full cycle recruitment services includes:

Talent Programs and Operations

I work with Talent/HR departments on how to set up a successful, supportive and evolving talent operations implementation. It would start with a complete process audit, journey mapping of users, tools audit and interviewing key business stakeholders. However, talent operations doesn’t just end at the offer process. I dive into how talent is cultivated throughout the organization at various levels in order to create a full picture and understanding of the companies greatest asset- people. Some talent program and operations initiatives include:

  • Leading job calibration sessions with key leadership and managers of the team so that everyone is clear on talent profiles.

  • How does your company’s employer brand fair in the market? Do you have a reputation? Have you checked and responded to your reviews lately? Employer Branding Initiatives and Strategies are key in identifying talent, future talent and cultivating that relationship. This is a cornerstone for how the talent market perceives you and if they see themselves thriving and growing at your company.

  • Creating a clear understanding of career mapping and pathing within departments and HR. This includes: leveling, titles, compensation adjustments etc.

  • Facilitate interview trainings so that the organization is equipped and prepared on how to build rapport quickly, evaluate the candidate based on specific questions and be able to confidently articulate the goals of the organization to the candidate. These sessions also include unconscious bias training and compliance interviewing.

  • Much like Interviewing training, I also facilitate feedback trainings. These are designed to help the interviewer to be able to effectively and confidently provide feedback to the team that is tangible and constructive. Feedback should have real examples to justify the interviewers overall hiring decision.

  • Evaluate and implement a consistent interview process and experience across your organization. Ever wonder why one team has 6 interviews and an exercise and another has two interviews and that is it? I can help create a more consistent and tailored interview experience that can adjust based on the role and level not based on individual preference.

  • Do you have an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)? If not, I can help asses the right tool for your organization. If you do, but it is not operating to its full capacity, I can help assess and audit the processes. By having a fully functioning ATS Operations, your talent pipeline, time to hire, talent analytics will be much more robust and leadership will have a much better picture on what is going on.

  • Are your recruiters learning and developing into true business talent partners or are they purely evaluated on how many requisitions they close and time to fill rates? Recruiters and your talent team are one of the key departments that indicate growth and scale as a company. I work with organizations to create recruiter trainings that empower the team to grow in conflict resolution, negotiation, feedback delivery, communication skills etc.
